I have been approached by a couple other long time listeners/forum contributors/content providers of RetroGamingRadio.com to produce a new monthly Retro Gaming online radio show. For those of you who are familiar with RetroGamingRadio.com, it was the longest running retrogaming online radio show put out by Shane R. Monroe. If you are followers of the site then you know Shane has ended his nearly 10-year running show to pursue new ventures. This has left a hole in the retrogaming souls of many of us in the Retro Gaming community.
Deciding there is still a market for this content, myself along with SubaruBrat and Miner2049er of RetroGamingRadio forums have decided to carry the proverbial torch and produce a new show full of classic gaming goodness.
We are all still in discussion of show content, features and format but will commit to running a monthly show running around 90 minutes. We all have ideas for the new show as well as a means to generating some new interviews with your favorite classic gaming gurus.
To say we are excited to get going is an understatement. The three of us are committed to this and we hope it will show, starting with our first program.
I hope we can count on all your continued support of our new show and stay tuned, right here for more news as it develops.
