WTB/T: GBA SP beater for parts, working

Does anyone have a beater GBA SP that has a good screen, decent controls, functions well but is scratched, beaten, has a broken hinge or a broken ribbon cable?

Looking for a unit like this so I can transplant the innards to an original Gameboy for a really retro console.

PM or post here with any offers, please keep in mind that a good one can be had for about $40-50 as not a beater.

It's tempting! But I'd hate to take apart a nice unit just to use it's internals for something else. Let me look around a bit, I may take you up on your offer.
