...Today I received my first question regarding an item from another CTCW member. Good. The thing is...I´m unable to see wich item is he/she/it asking about! Am I missing something here, or is this some kind of bug?

If the member contacted you from your homepage or from a contact member link the question will come through as "General Question Posted" in your inbox. So unless the person contacted you from the item page the item info doesn't come up in the title of the email. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for helping out again Steve. Actually the buyer contacted me so now I know what I have to send! Maybe this is not the correct thread to say this, but this should be fixed IMHO. Guess I´m not the only one who thinks this way...

sounds like it is more of a buyer issue, If they contact you from the storefront, or member page the site has no way to tell what item they are asking about. If they contact you through the page for the item in question it will show.
hope this clears it up for you.
