I'm all about maximizing combined shipping savings and minimizing PayPal fees. However, this can sometimes make things harder to keep track of for a seller.
I was thinking that if any others are like me and are never in a big rush for their items, it might work well, on a member to member basis, to offer bi-monthly or monthly invoicing and shipping.
If anyone is interested in either of these 2 options, just send me a PM and we can come to an arrangement. I've already set this up with one other member.
1. The first day of every month, each of us would send a combined invoice with combined shipping to the other for their completed wins. Each of us would make one payment for our total, and the items would be shipped. Any ongoing auctions would go to the next month. Clean break to make it easy to keep track of.
2. Same thing, but twice a month on the 1st and 15th.
I'd like to see PayPal and the Post Office get a much smaller share of our money.
Of course, I'll still do conventional - invoice at the end of the auction for anyone who is not interested in these options.
Let me know what you think.
