Can't upload photos--any help?

I'm trying to list an item and click "browse" to find my photo. I select it then click "upload files". A sub-window opens that says "initializing upload" then "transfer complete". However, no photo is uploaded. Am I doing something wrong or is there a fix to this? All help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Neo,

I just did a sample listing just to make sure everything was working and I had no issues. It uploaded the photos just fine. Try again and let me know if you are still having a problem. Keep in mind they should be in jpeg format. Also, what browser are you using?

I'm using Firefox and the photos are jpeg. The first listing did end up working although I have no idea why. I've started a second listing but the same problem is occurring. OK, it seems like it takes a couple of minutes for the photo to be displayed. I'll try to be a little more patient with it. :Y:

Also, the options for changing size, font, color, etc. are gone. Is this temporary or a permanent change?
