Yeah ... the game is a tad on the expensive side at $9.99 but is damned well worth it. It plays great, has a ton of options on how to play the game (like what I call an "Idiot Mode" for the special moves and whatnot or just doing them manually like normal) ... it doesn't have online multiplayer which is a bit of a letdown but whatever.
It doesn't have all the characters ... but it's a handheld version. What do you expect? The graphics aren't in 3D, it's the old style 2D graphics but they look friggin' great and the animation is top notch. It plays great, even considering the touch screen.
And something to keep in mind if you're a hardcore Street Fighter player ... don't bitch about this version. You know going in that a handheld version of this game just isn't going to stand up to the console/arcade versions of the game.
And they just recently added 2 characters to the roster ... Cammy and Zangief bringing the roster up to 10 characters. For free.
Damned well worth it if you have even a passing interest in fighting games (mostly because there aren't a lot of good ones for the platform. You've got Gameloft's Blades of Fury ... which ... while good is just a knockoff of Soul Calibur and Karate Champ ... which I haven't played on the platform yet), and is the BEST "modern" fighting game for the platform. One big gripe I have against it is that it's kind of a big ad for Super Street Fighter IV ... but it doesn't detract from the excellent playability of the game.
As I said, $9.99 is honestly a bit steep ... but considering how much this would cost if it was out for the DS or PSP ... small price to pay for such a great port.
