I'd like to congratulate Plus+, ngmoco :), and Wonderware on this game. GodFinger is one of the most innovative platform “tap” style game. Compared to all the Tap genre games, GodFinger is on top. And so are you as the deity of all you control.
I have played TapFish, TapStore, TapResort, TapJungle, We Rule, and TapJungle and they all are none to par with GodFinger. I’d say the major difference between God Finger and all similar games that wallow in it’s path is that the GodFinger is genuinely fun.
You are the "God" in control of a platform world that you navigate around using your fingers. You can modify the terrain to create different levels of terrain for mountains, and deep valleys for water. You truly are the demigod in this game. You can have your followers work on the farm earning you in game currency, worship a shrine to you for mana, while you control and manipulate the weather. As the demigod of the game you must control the aspects of the weather to allow for expansion. The graphics are a brilliant remininscent of two-dimensional Little Big Planet. This simulated world keeps working even when you are not playing. Yet, your followers will run low on energy and you will need to recharge them.
The best part of GodFinger is that it’s free at the moment!
