Anyone got an Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for PC?

Yeah, mine's dead and doesn't work, it sucks that it wouldn't work just when I build my new PC.

Anyone got one kicking around not doing anything?

BTW FYI I'm from the UK, I would prefer to buy within the nation, if it is going to be outside, please mention that you are.

I assume the Xbox 360 Windows controller doesn’t work with a standard RF receiver that you can get with a cheap mouse?
