I'm a Ball State grad that works in IT at a racino in central Indiana and I have collected vintage computers and video games for years. As of a few years ago I stopped collecting computers for the most part except consoles and transitioned to mainly game systems.
The last couple of days I have been bidding on some Atari 2600 games I thought might be fun to try ;)

Greetings! Collecting Atari stuff is a major undertaking. Still, there are a lot of good (fun) cheap commons that'll keep you busy for a good long while. If you haven't done it already, go check out Atari Age and Atarimania for a massive look at what you're getting into.
EDIT: Post # 50! :D

Thanks for all the greets!
Actually I've been hooked for quite a while now.. My first exposure to Atari was an Atari 5200 I borrowed from my brother in the mid-80s. All the other games I had at the time and before then were for the TI-99/4A (if anyone knows about that computer it has its share of unique games). After the TI, I had a c128 which was great because of all the c64 games and software..
at last count I think I have ~126 unique 2600 games (nearly all loose)
I have some projects planned.. like mods to 2600/5200/7800 (AV mods and power mod for 5200 4-port). Actually I AV modded a 5200 a couple years ago but it still needs work.. I have too many projects so I tend to shelve them on occasion :D
