Well, you can sorta get that same dealeo if you get an arcade machine with what's called the Sega Naomi system...basically a souped up dreamcast in a jamma compat arcade board. They took carts and had a cdrom as well..alot of the big DC titles started on there..like MvC2, WWF Royal Rumble (I had this one myself), Virtua Tennis, Giant Gran 2000, etc. A neat setup and a damn fine collection of software is out there for it.

You could also pick up a Dreamcast and an X-Arcade with the dreamcast adapter.
All that eBay item is a store kiosk... 13" monitor and rigid controllers bah play it on a big bad ass TV or monitor while lounging on a couch

I just always had a thing for the store displays... missed out on a Vectrex one ages ago and this one looks sweet, its something I'd like to collect at some point when I have more space. Its not about the "big screen experience", more of a "memorabilia" thing for me.
