Anyone ever used eStarland?

Has anyone ever used eStarland?
I got an Atari Lynx with Ms. Pac-Man really cheap. Downside is screen is got lines. I knew it was non-working, but, I was hoping it was just dirty.
Anyhow, I found eStarland who claims to repair video problems for $20 and I was thinking of sending it to them.
I just wanted to get some feedback on this company.

I've ordered stuff from them once, just a TG-16 controller and a few old school games. Some of their prices are alright, some are kinda high. I got my stuff shipped really fast though.

I bought a new copy of F-zero and a hyperkin fc mobile II a couple of weeks ago. I received it quickly and had no issues.
