PAL-NTSC converters

I think this is a no brainer. I've had chances to buy PAL consoles and games but have had to pass. Is anyone going to carry these? I'd rather buy from someone here than out there. Found tons for sale online, but there seems to be no buyer protection when buying just anywhere online. A few stores make good when things come up, but there's always that one time.

Just to be clear........
That link is for an NTSC to PAL convertor, it receives an NTSC signal and converts for display on PAL monitor.

But you want the opposite right? PAL to NTSC convertor? To display your PAL signal on NTSC monitor?
