The first movie I remember watching was the Pirates of Penzance with Kevin Kline. I remember being 3 or 4 watching it getting a kick out the cops. :)

Not THIS scene in specific, just the entire movie. I just added it to Netflix to see it again for the first time in probably 20 years. :P

Ok, so here's the story. I'm moving to Las Vegas in about a month and a half. I need a good reputable moving company to move me from Pittsburgh. Has anyone made a long distance, cross country move, that used a moving company to move their stuff, and were actually happy with the results?

I've done the whole Google research thing and apparently there are absolutely NO moving companies that haven't lost something, broken stuff, showed up a week late, or just changed the price when they get there and asked for another grand or two in cash to get your stuff back. Any suggestions, and maybe a good reason story, would be greatly appreciated. And if anyone has had a horrible experience with one of the good ones listed, tell me that too.

Yeah, mine's dead and doesn't work, it sucks that it wouldn't work just when I build my new PC.

Arcade Heroes posted up a great gallery of pictures from the newly opened Round 1. This Amusement / Arcade center just opened in the Puente Hills Mall here in So Cal. I'm going to try to go check it out this weekend and report back!

Laser Stryker - You like Beamrider as much as I do?

Basically a little somewhat modernized version of Beamrider. Plays fantastically and, for me, is just as much fun as the game that inspired it. Great smooth graphics, great graphical effects, catchy music. Even has the Contra boss death sound when you take down a Gaurdian. :)

Tech Question: Comparing PC Sound Cards

Ok, dumb question I should know already. As you're aware I've built myself a new PC, everything is good and dandy, however I really need to compare 2 sound cards to see which one is better than the other.

First, there's the onboard Realtek HD Sound Card, which I'm using at the moment. So far nice, it includes both 3.5mm and optic outputs for surround sound systems, although I'm only going to be using it for stereo.

Then there's the Sound Blaster Audigy, this one I used in my older PC because the onboard audio on it was pretty crappy, and this one improved the quality big time.

Now, I've been trying to find specs on both these cards and I've failed, but what I'm asking is, should I just stick with the onboard sound card, or would the Sound Blast Audigy be better. I might actually try and see what the the card is like on my new PC, but it would be nice to know in advance which one is better.
