Engrish in video games

Most of us have all seen it. Zero Wing being the obvious example of Engrish ("All your base are belong to us"). What are some more examples of Engrish in video games? I have a few:

Metal Gear (NES)--"I feel asleep." (A random guard)

Pro Wrestling (NES)--"A winner is you."

Magic Sword (Arcade)--"Get me escape!"

Bloody Wolf/Battle Rangers (Arcade)--"You! Invaders! Get you the hot bullets of shotgun to die!!!"

For me the greatest "so bad it's good" engrish translation is House of hte Dead 2.

That thing is just classic. The best part is that the voice over actors seemed like they could actually speak english. Their pronunciation was passable at least, but the lines were just delivered as if there was ZERO comprehension.

For example, some of the female victims will say "don't come! don't come!" when a better translation would have been "Stay Away!" You have to wonder what that chick thought in the sound booth as she was squaling "don't come" I mean...what kind of game were they making there.

Also, all the goldman stuff is freaking classic. And of course who can forget such classic lines as 'Suffer like G did?" and "No...help ME!"

I always thought the Golden Axe III (MD & Arcade) run out of continues text was pretty hilarious. I mean "AND YOU DEAD" come on! What a crappy way to end playing a game that was otherwise great. Nice thread here.

I love the the Final Fantasy 2 quote from this top 10 list, "You spoony bard" Spoony bard should be added to the Webster's Dictionary, don't you think?

One of my faves is from the X-Men arcade game.

Magneto says "Welcome . . . to DIE!!!!"

Spotted this whilst playing it on MAME with some mates. It quickly became the chosen line when smack talking to each other on any other game. Shouting "Welcome to Die" then finishing someone in warlords is very satisfying.

There is a "The queen welcomes you to die" later on aswell Genius.
