I would take a flight this guy was working any day, he had enough and he made the perfect exit. There are several facebook support groups and a legal defense fund for him, I donated a few bucks.

The whole scene just sounds like a Will Ferrell skit. Can't you just picture him saying "APOLOGIZE DAMMIT" and then cursing him out on the monitor, grabbing a cold one, and sliding down the emergency exit?

Ha. Imagining his exit made me laugh, but I think I will save the funds for more worthy causes. If I chose to leave my office after a bad day by hitting the fire alarm, setting the sprinklers off and walking through the office with an umbrella up, I wouldn't expect people to fight my corner![]()

Back in college I worked at Starbucks. Let me tell you, if that place had an emergency slide door I'd have used it on more than one occasion. The service industry sucks. I totally share this guys pain.
