Default WTB - Atari Flashback 2

After hearing the podcast, I really want to pick up an Atari Flashback 2 - but they're so expensive on ebay! Does anyone have one they can let go for cheap? I'm in Canada, so you must be willing to ship to me! CIB is preferred, but I'll take loose as long as its in good shape with all the parts.

I don't know if you can order from Canada, but shopgoodwill.com has them for auction regularly, and I don't think they usually go for high prices.

I'm in Canada and I spotted the Flashback2+ in the local Costco for less than thirty bucks. Then again, that was about three months ago.

they are currently being sold in kroger grocery stores. kroger owns or is affiliated with a lot of grocery store chains, so you may have luck finding one in the random toy aisle at the grocery store.

No, those are poorly constructed pirate versions. See the thread at AtariAge starting here regarding the differences and problems people have been having with them. We didn't authorize them, and are putting a stop to them. The only current legit ones are the Flashback 2+ for sale through Atari's website.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about roundup 14 and the top 10 anthologies of all time

    Bump....
I saw the Atari Flashback 2 offered in the Game Informer magazine back in the May issue of 2011 I believe.
I called up Game Stop to ask if they had it for sale and they said it would soon be offered through points redemption on their Game Stop points program on their website, poweruprewards.com.

I'd dearly love one of these...

... well, that has its limits I suppose, you naughty people.

I have one of the units (checked it's legit), no controllers though. All I have is the power cable but it takes normal Atari 2600 controllers. Would you be interested in it?
