Just sent in a news submission, looked at it, and noticed that it added a youtube clip >_<. I guess when I copy/pasted part of the article it noticed the article had said youtube clip as a link and added it to the bottom. Dumb Gmail, what the Hoth are you thinking?

Yes Ustream is a free app at least for Android. It works well if you have a stable 3G connection or Wifi.

Doesn't the ustream app on Android only broadcast? Or am I thinking of another one.

I could just pull my phone out of my pocket and find out, but that requires effort that I'm not willing to put forth right now.

Doesn't it require more effort to reply in a forum? :P To answer your question you can both watch streams and broadcast them to your liking. You probably are thinking about the Justin TV app.

Yeah, but I've already got the keyboard and mouse at the ready because I play first person shooters a lot and if you're not playing one with a keyboard and mouse you might as well not be playing it, I don't have to reach into my pocket to reply. :P

That being said, I'm gonna go play Brink on the PS3.
