Here is fine. Here are a few suggestions, I will probably add to it as various titles come to mind.

    Orbit1
    Pinball Circus
    Family Guy
    Avatar
    Buckaroo
    Xenon
    Cirqus Voltaire
    Apollo 13
    Revenge From Mars
    Haunted House
    King of Diamonds
    Fire!
    Simpsons pinball party
Stargate (if you like the film you'll get the game better)

And don't miss out on some of the non-pinball pins, or sort of pinball pins such as horse racing, car racing, and baseball games.

    Where are you staying?

Haunted House has an upside down playfield, Black Hole also has something similar.
Before you insult a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you insult him, you'll be a mile away, and have his shoes.

I second all of these, and would add Attack From Mars, Superman (not the best game ever, but I love the theme), also Future Spa and Quicksilver if they have them. Give the wood rails some love while you are there.

Also for the Paris, as trite as it may seem, Barry Manilow is a great show. Also make sure you hit Napoleons Dueling Piano Bar. If you have a half day to kill and are a car guy check out this if not let us know what your into and we can point you to a good choice.
