After talking to Tim during my pilgrimage to PHOF; I think he is really a nice guy, but yes, a bit of a crusty, "get off my lawn" type dude. I can say that he must not really hate video games as there are quite a number of them in the HOF and they are as meticulously cared for as the pins. I for one admire the work they are doing. I spent about six hours there over two days and they were constantly working their ass off on these machines, and the problems I reported were checked out quickly because they truly care. All that said, the interview wasn't the best; especially since the subject matter couldn't have been more intriguing for me. Morgan

I'm still making my way through the Top 10 in the podcast, but I thought I'd chime in here and say that Tilt: The Battle to Save Pinball is a very good pin documentary. I enjoyed it quite a bit. It details the stories behind Pinball 2000.

Oh, and is there anything Scott doesn't know? Holy God of Mother! The knowledge in this man's head.

Scott, In "Taboo", what high school subject were Dorothy LeMay and Mike Ranger "studying" in their first scene of the movie?

I honestly don't know, but I imagine it ultimately had to do with Penis and Vagina.

So, I finally heard the alternative Top 10 from Diane Lauer. It was fairly clear in the early going that she was irritated and she even said that her husband presented the list in such a way to get a rise out of her. He kind of primed the pump, so to speak. I was pretty much on the side of the others here that she was coming off as very arrogant.

But she did soften out and I think she had some good points. I liked the point about ramps. The dot matrix screens benefiting diagnosticians and owners was an excellent and on-point comment. Very good stuff.

Overall, I think she is a bit competitive and combative. I probably wouldn't pick her as an addition to the show during Top 10 pinball shows. But she had some good points and I appreciated hearing the piece.

It was history, before they were so rudely interrupted by Tawney Pearl who at least had the manners to share.

Ok, finally finished the Podcast today. Should I be offended that SoCal didn't remember playing Family Guy with me @ PHOF? Nah, probably just too much to drink and overwhelmed from his pilgrimage to the Liberace museum.

Great Top 10, but when you started you said it was all about game play for this one, and I sure heard a lot of artwork discussion. Let's see all of that come out at a separate debate.

Finally, UKMike, I don't know where the hell you located that incredibly annoying song that played between pieces. That shit was awful, and made me look forward to Monday. Great show as always guys.

LOLLOLOLOLOLOL! That is Rebecca Black's Friday! It's been making the rounds on the Internets over the last month. I don't know the whole story but many, many, many, many people loathe it.
