In using the site I thought of a couple small things that may make things easier...

1. There should be a check all box in the inbox so you can check multiple items at once to file.

2. There should be a link when your editing your listing to take you to your active listings instead of the My Listings screen (saves one more link to click)

3.When viewing someone's feedback you should be able to see what the items were they received feedback on.
