Gary Garcia passes away.

I just read some very sad news. It seems that Gary Garcia passed away this weekend. I'm sure everyone on this forum has heard and loved the music of Buckner and Garcia. We have lost another great, it is a sad day indeed.

Really sad! I had been exchanging emails with them the past month lining up an interview on the Roundup.

That is really sad news. I remember buying the cassette of Pac-Man Fever back in the Summer of 1982 at "The Wherehouse" in a mall In Las Vegas during a summer vacation there. I played it many times.
But there is other news that is sad to me regarding the Pac-Man Fever Album going back to about 2003 or so. I bought the re-recorded version of it on CD but it is horrible because it is not the same song because they lost the rights to the original version of the songs and the original record label (I think it was Epic or CBS) has no plans to re-release the original version any time soon.
