If this every happens to the industry I will just stick to my old games commercial free and be done with the modern gaming scene on any system that has this happen to it.

I dont mind seeing billboards and product placement in games, but to stop my game and make me watch a commercial is to far. If the game manufactures want to make more money by adding commercials to the games then they need to sell them at a cheaper price point to the end user and let the advertising flip the bill.

Agreed... its yet another sign of developer and publisher desperation to financially cover their asses due to the crazy dev costs.
