    I like your snake.

That looks quite good. It appears to be a nice implementation of the classic Same Game. I played it a bit on the Macintosh and it can be quite compelling indeed.

The animated snake is a nice touch.

More to the point, a Dreamcast top ten! That can't have been at all easy. Amazing console, incredible library of games. I'll wait for the top ten thread proper to add in any (Shenmue) comments of my (Shenmue II) own.

That's also Mahki from the coin-op Touchmaster! Don't tell anyone, but we actually ripped it off from a Palm Pilot game (probably Same Game, I don't even know what it was called).

My wife loved Sega Swirl (and Mahki), but I'm sorry but I wouldn't put it in the top 10. Too many other Dreamcast classics. I'd put it ahead of F355 Challenge because Sega Swirl is actually fun to play, but it wouldn't be in my top 10.

If you can't do it with 8 bits, you don't need to do it.

I would have to agree with Bydo. Puzzle games are for casual game players and should never be included in a top ten except for the following exceptions: Tetris for the Gameboy and Columns for the Game Gear. Those games get a free ride since they helped make those systems popular. If you ask a fan of the Dreamcast what games do you remember from that era I'm sure that Sega Swirl would not even get a mention.

Wait, wait, I didn't say that. Puzzle games are for everyone! I'd be tempted to put Bust-A-Move on my SNES list... I just don't think Sega Swirl was good enough for the DC Top 10. Nothing more, nothing less.

I love how in the video you are coy about what the game is and give people a chance to guess.

This despite the video being called the Sega Swirl Travesty.

    LOL
