    Default July 15, 2012 Live News segment - no prizes :( - howver I have a prize available :)

    CONTEST OVER

Since Socal was at Scotts house he had no prizes to give away. However I have a great prize to offer.

A Sega Saturn system with composite cable, official Sega Saturn controller and a CIB Daytona USA game. Plays perfectly. I just dont have the room for it and was going to sell it but decided to give it away as a prize ( I already have a 3rd box of prizes prepared to ship to Socal )

Here is a couple of pics of the system.

Oh its on. I'd love to get a Saturn, I don't own one yet.

EDIT: Score resets when you beat the stage. Might be able to rack up points by just continually jumping barrels without actually beating the stage.

I think that online one is broke, I will honor your score but if you want try again using any version of Arcade Donkey Kong (I suggest MAME, it works good) and post another score.

I'll be playing another one to raise my score, 5000 is waaaaaay too low and I want a Saturn, lol. Havent found one locally yet and wanna try some Nights and Panzer Dragoon.

Thinking of running MAME on my dreamcast and loading DK that way.

Oh of course, I might be heading to Pinball Wizard Arcade tonight, and Donkey Kong is the ONE classic game they actually don't have out on the floor.

Okay, lets make this easy then. ANY version of Donkey Kong - Atari 2600, Intellivision, Arcade, Atari Computer, NES, etc.....

Guess no one wants a free Sega Saturn, I thought for sure I would have hits on this.

I'm not the best DK player, but I just had a decent run in MAME on my laptop. Would have been better if I were using my X-Arcade, but still, for me this is a decent score.

Showing both the death screen and the initials input to prove I am running with no cheats and not stealing someone elses work (for those who may not know I use CGL for Christopher Gregory Leathco)
